Description

PROPERTY DETAILS

The Panorama Tower Building is a planned condominium and office tower skyscraper in Brickell downtown Miami, Florida. It was originally approved by the City of Miami and the Federal Aviation Administration in 2006. The building was to contain 270,000 feet (82,000 m) of office space, 30,000 square feet (2,800 m2) of retail as well as 650 residences. It’s proposed height was to be about 259 meters (848 feet) with 74 floors. Two buildings already exist at Panorama Tower Avenue as part of an office complex known as Panorama Tower Avenue. The North Tower is 19 floors while the South Tower is 11. Construction of the skyscraper would require demolition of the South Tower, which was sold in May 2005 for $70,000,000. The original proposal was put on hold during the recession, but has been revived in 2011 as 724 unit residential building, with developer Tibor Hollo stating that it is one of his next projects, along with One Bayfront Plaza. The complex is large for downtown at 3.2 acres, spanning from Brickell Avenue to Brickell Bay Drive
